EcoLaser AS is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.
2. Contact form and email
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, email address, postcode, message and, if given, phone number, material, surface size and any images or files you upload. The same applies when you contact us directly by email or phone.
Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, assess the project and give you a quote.
Legal basis: your consent and steps taken prior to entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
The information is stored in the website database and in our email inbox. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a job no later than 12 months after the last contact. If a job results, we keep the information for as long as necessary for the job and for as long as the Norwegian Accounting Act and Bookkeeping Act require.
3. Who we share information with
We never sell personal data. We use the following providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Web hosting and email: Domene.no (Norway) – operation of the website and the email account info@ecolaser.no.
- Map: The map on the page is an image based on OpenStreetMap and is loaded from our own server. Google Maps only opens when you click on it.
- Fonts: All fonts are loaded from our own server. No information is sent to Google.
4. Cookies
We do not use any cookies for analytics or marketing. The website may use technical cookies that are necessary for the site and the contact form to work.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send us an email at info@ecolaser.no, and we will reply within 30 days.
